My family and I stayed at the Dera Sahib Gurdwara during our trip to Lahore and walking in the Minar-e-Pakistan gardens was a pleasure!

Good pictures. My father was driven out of Lahore during the carnage of Partition. I wonder what has become of our ancestral house in the Gawal Mandi area. I have very faint memories of those days. But I remember the good times that we had during winter. It used to be very cold and very cozy. Ahhh those days.

I have just visited your blog and the pictures have touched corners of my mind I had forgotten had existed. By the way, why didn't you get closeups of the Minar-e Pakistan? It is easily the most beautiful monument in Lahore. You should have also visited the Mall, the Quaid-e-Azam Library and the Charing Cross. We also have a host of colleges all along the Mall as well as the famous Anarkali Bazaar just behind this street.

KACST is blocking access to all images hosted on blogger. Most of your pictures are not visible, you are going to have to move them to an image hosting site that isn't blocked in the KSA.
Everyone uses yahoo's Flickr service (flickr.com) it is very good and keeps all of your images organized. Give it a go.
